The Aloha pans are a gift to cuisine. Made from one of the best heat conductors, copper, these pans guarantee optimal performance and absolute resistance and durability. Copper is the ideal cooking material because it guarantees maximum hygiene and uniform cooking, enabling fine adjustments to the heat intensity, with minimal energy consumption, all while retaining the nutritional properties of food. The interior of the Aloha pans is coated in pure tin, applied by hand by our specialist craftsmen, as in only the best tradition. The tin-coated copper guarantees optimal hygiene and maximum bacteriostatic properties.

The design of Aloha pans is both contemporary and stylish thanks to the spiral handles, in stainless steel strips, and the "needle" texture obtained by manual hammering. A mix of materials and forms to exalt the pleasure of cooking, with an intrinsic charm of the name Aloha, not simply a Hawaiian greeting, but also with the meaning “the joy of sharing vital energy in the present”.

COPPER (AND BRASS)

Over time copper oxidizes: this metal takes on its peculiar dark red color, which the connoisseur sometimes appreciates and maintains.

If you prefer shiny copper, you can use the traditional method: a cloth soaked in a salt and vinegar solution or salt and lemon;

SILVER & SLIVER-PLATED ALLOY

Silver surfaces tend to tarnish if they are exposed to contact with air. This phenomenon is not a defect and does not damage the silver. Rather, it is a natural characteristic of this precious metal that only changes the surface colour, first making it first turn yellowish, then brown or black. Objects that are used daily do not turn black because handling or washing prevents these sulphurous products from depositing.

Tarnish can easily be removed with good silver cleaning products. We recommend liquid or, even better, spray formulations.
