Terms and Conditions of Sale on our website: Zanetto.com

Online Sales Conditions

The “online” sales contract refers to a distance contract, which is a legal agreement concerning movable goods and/or services entered into between ZANETTO 1963 di Enrico Zanetto & C. S.n.c.
located in Italy, in Padova, at via C. Menotti 9, 35020 Albignasego, and a consumer customer within a distance selling system organized by the supplier who uses the distance communication technology known as “internet” for this contract. Therefore, all contracts will be concluded directly through the customer’s access to the corresponding website at the following address: www.zanetto.com, where, by following the indicated procedures, they will complete the contract for the purchase of the good.

The final consumer is defined as a natural person who purchases goods and services for purposes not directly related to any professional activity they may perform. Below are the sales conditions that will remain effective until modified by the supplier. Any changes to the sales conditions will take effect at the moment they are published on the website and will refer to sales made from that moment onward.

Sales Prices and Purchasing Methods

All the sale prices of the services displayed and indicated within the website, which constitute an offer to the public pursuant to Article 1336 of the Civil Code, are inclusive of VAT and any other taxes (unless otherwise stated). Where shipping is required, the cost is duly highlighted on the specific page within the site that the customer is required to review before confirming the purchase; in case of delivery abroad, any additional costs due to taxes or duties in the destination country will be borne by the consumer.

The purchase contract is finalized through the accurate completion and consent to the purchase expressed by online acceptance.

The customer can pay for the ordered goods using only the payment methods indicated online at the time of purchase.
Estimated delivery times range from 6 to 9 working days for deliveries worldwide. The customer can contact the company at any time for information regarding the order status.

Buyer’s Obligations

The consumer agrees and is obliged, once the “online” purchase process is completed, to print and retain these general conditions, which they will have already viewed and accepted as a mandatory step during the purchase, as well as the product specifications being purchased, to fully satisfy the condition indicated in Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree No. 185/1999.

It is strictly forbidden for the buyer to enter false, invented or fictitious data in the registration process necessary to activate the proceedings for the execution of this contract and related further communications; personal data and the email must be exclusively the person’s real personal data and not that of third parties, or fictitious. It is expressly forbidden to register multiple accounts corresponding to a single person or to enter third-party data. The company reserves the right to legally pursue any violations and abuses, in the interest and protection of all consumers.

Right of Withdrawal and Complaints

In case of second thoughts, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Articles 64 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005) by returning the purchased product and requesting a replacement or refund.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written communication to our customer care service at the address: [email protected] within 10 working days from the receipt of the goods.
This communication must contain the product codes of the items to be returned, as well as the bank details (Cab, Abi, CC) of the customer’s current account in order to facilitate any refund by bank transfer. Within 10 working days of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to send back their returns in the original packaging to the following address: ZANETTO 1963 di Enrico Zanetto & C. S.n.c. – Via C. Menotti 9, 35020 Albignasego, Padova (PD), Italy.
The consumer cannot exercise this right of withdrawal for customized products or products made to measure.
The returned items must not have been used and must be in the same condition as they were at the time of delivery. It is also specified that under no circumstances will packages sent Cash on Delivery or with shipping costs paid by the receiver be accepted.

In the event of returning goods, the refund will be deducted by the shipping charges (delivery and collection) and the banking operations relating to the refund process incurred by Zanetto. The right of withdrawal is regulated by Articles 64 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

Once the goods are received and their integrity verified, we will issue a coupon for purchase on our site or, at the customer’s choice, a refund by bank transfer or PayPal refund, within 30 days of the communication in which the customer expressed their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal. The amount that will be credited relates only to the net price paid excluding shipping costs and return shipping incurred by the customer to return the products to Zanetto.

As provided for by the directive approved in Regulation 524/2013/EU by the European Commission to protect consumers participating in the purchasing process on an e-commerce platform, any complaints can be reported on the ODR website.

Contract Resolution and Express Termination Clause

ZANETTO 1963 di Enrico Zanetto & C. S.n.c. has the right to resolve the sales contract by simply notifying the customer with adequate and justified reasons; in this case, the customer will be entitled solely to the refund of any sums already paid.
